-
Customs clearance processes and any associated fees or import duties are the responsibility of the customer
-
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We’re unable to take responsibility for orders delayed or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address details
-
If an order is returned to us due to delivery issues, this process can take 4–6 weeks depending on the courier
If a parcel is returned to us due to an undeliverable address and delivery was attempted legitimately, we’ll contact you to confirm a new shipping address and resend your order at no additional cost.
If tracking confirms delivery to the correct address, we’re unable to take responsibility for missing packages, as this may be due to circumstances outside our control (such as theft).
